It’s summer time! You surely want to spend the most of it under the
sun,
including exercising. Although it is hot like hell out there, it can be
fun to feel the summer while you do your exercises outside.
Although it is fun to exercise outside, it is undeniable that you
may harm your body too. People are really familiar with the hot temperatures of
the summer. But what they don’t realize is that the risks of health awaiting.
However, you don’t have to see this as barrier. You can still enjoy your
workout outdoors. Exercising under the sun, why not?
There is a trick for you. Don’t ever use black or dark colored
t-shirt when working out. Instead, wear light-colored and lightweight clothing.
Dark colored t-shirt tends to absorb the heat and you will sweat and feel hot
easily. Instead, using lightweight and light-colored t-shirts will do the
wonder. If cotton is your favorite
material, use 30s or 32s cotton combed t-shirt. So, you won’t have to worry
about uncomfortably hot or exhaust caused by your clothing. For girls, you can
also wear crop tee or loose tees so that more air will be able to refresh your
body, and keep your temperature lower.
The second tip of exercising during summer is to exercise not in the
hottest time. Try to wake up earlier and start your exercise in the morning.
But if you can't make it, you can exercise at sunset or at night. You will be
lucky if you stay near the beach. You can walk out of home anytime you want and
do the exercises as you wish. However, if you don’t have any choice besides
exercising during the hottest time of day, you can consider water sports like
swimming, snorkeling, or others.
Consider wearing sunblock to protect your skin. In this point, you
should be picky when shopping. Don’t be tempted with cheapest products in the
market. Invest your money for something good to maintain your skin’s health.
When the heat attacks, you will need to stay hydrated. Exercising
in summer can increase your body temperature. You will need to stay hydrated so
that you can keep going on. There are many cases of people fainting because of
heat exhaustion and heat stroke. You surely don’t want to experience that.
Drink plenty of water. You can also drop by to convenient store and purchase
fruits. Also drink much water after exercising.
